Unable to rename designs

I don't know if this is a bug, or a new feature in 2.3, but I have found I am unable to rename designs.

If I create a design, then wish to rename it later, I am still able to in 2.2. However, in 2.3, once a design is named the name is locked. It cannot be altered later. If you want a new name, you have to create a new design.

Is this intentional?

Works for me here, at least sometimes. Go to the design screen, select a unit, click in the name field, change it - the changed name appears in the production menu. The predesigned Machinegun Viper Wheels in Fast Play for example can't be changed, the truck can...

Are you trying to rename units you designed yourself? Are you using saves from a game started in 2.2?

Okay, it seems to work okay now.

Yes, designs I make myself are renamable, but the starting "Machinegun Viper Wheels" design is not - both in fast play and in a new campaign. I also found, if I create a new design with the exact same specs but a different name, the units it produces are considered different for quick-select actions (e.g. double-left-click to select all of that type).

I have not yet tried opening a save from a previous version - I installed 2.3 on my laptop, my saves are on my main system which still has 2.2 only.
