So it seems that I have a preference to the 2.2.4 ai than that of the 2.3, so my question is;
Is is possible to use the 2.2.4 ai (or any other) instead of the 2.3 ai in WZ 2.3, or am I just gonna hafta deal?
(Re)compiling is not an issue; I'm just curious as to what could be done before I decide to kill 2.3 in favor of 2.2.4.
Next question; how would one go about incorporating new textures?
Pure and simple, I've made a couple of textures and just wanted to see if they'd work, but can't tell cause I don't know how to use them! haha
And finally; has there been any progress in porting any one of the map editors (for a linux box)?
A few questions, if I may..

Yes there has been progress on a map editor. In-fact I released the pre alpha ver of flaME for mac/linux a few days ago. You can get it here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4630&start=292

Using the 2.2.4 AI will require some modding experience. Copying the AI from 2.2.4's base.wz into a mod should do it.
New textures go in texpages/ in the data folders.

New question; where or what is exactly Warzone's AI? I've poked around the base.wz folder but haven't been able to locate anything that seems to be of Warzone's AI.Zarel wrote:Using the 2.2.4 AI will require some modding experience. Copying the AI from 2.2.4's base.wz into a mod should do it.
