Where did I left my [Olrox]?

Post by Olrox »

I want to justify a little thing that happened :P

Some of you may have noticed that I didn't access the forums yesterday. Some of you surely noticed - because I said that I would catch up with a lot of work that couldn't get to in the last week, which was really really busy, stressful, sad - one of those weeks that seem to try to get you down.

Of course, that whole hell-week couldn't have a happy ending, right? Maybe it could, but it didn't :stressed:

My ISP also decided to f*** up with me yesterday. I got up early to do all the stuff I couldn't the past week, probably 6:30 AM, and as I've tried to check my e-mail, ta-da! O_o

No internets for you today, Olrox. :stare:

Really, that was the most annoying thing that happened to me this year. Because not did I just let yesterday (a holiday here in Brazil) to finish WZ stuff I couldn't in the last week, but I've separated it to do other important things in my schedule, such as reading a book about whch I have an exam today... I couldn't get the book in the library so I would download an eBook (since it's a classic in brazilian literature there are online libraries that have the entire book for free download). No eBooks for me, no library opened, no friends around - really bad for me.

I'm writing this because I don't know when I'll have internet back in my house - I'm accessing a public terminal at school to write this. I'm sorry, but I don't know when I'll be able to get back to my usual WZ routine. I'll try to check the topics I'm subscribed at these terminals, but I don't know with what frequency that'll happen.

Believe me, that was really annying for me. Sorry if I let anyone down yesterday :(

Regards,
The Lost [Olrox]

sh*t happens...
Even worse thing is total slowdown, you have access but you can't even load a simple webpage....

Still without internet at home - using public terminal.
Thanks for your posts.
Seems like the problem could possibly be with my router (not sure about it, it's really weird because the standard network is working fine)... I'm still trying to figure out what it is :|

kk, what you should try to isolate the problem is to plug you computer directly into the wall not through the router. If it still does not work it is you ISP else it is you router :)
