I noticed that in the warzone demo, one of the slides contained a missile ( and another type of sensor tower):
I investigated a little further, and it looks like the text files in the demo have the entries for it.
I looked at our current files, and I found the .PIE but I could not find its texture, nor did I see the entries for it in the text files.
So I simplipie'd the pie and saved the texture as .png, and here it is:
Does anyone have information about unused weapons in the game?

I remember seeing PIEs that looked like Ripple rocket launhers but with only four tubes - maybe it's the intended PIE for this weapon?
However, I have played a demo version of warzone for PS1, and it had nothing like that.
The sensor turret looks so similar to the CB turret that I think it's the early version of it (probably they changed it afterwards for some reason
)
Anyway - there are so many features that were removed before the original release that it isn't surprising to find that they had plans for larger-payload long-range weapons: probably that was planned but they couldn't finish it decently and cut it off (just like, let's say, one third of the game)
If we have event-triggered animations we can have this kind of missile without it looking like you're being cheated
I mean, those probably wouldn't use tube launchers. Therefore the missile launching animation would be required there

Currently, rockets and missiles have the same projectile graphics. Would be nice to have different graphics for missiles.
