I believe it shouldn't be a problem to make a mod that modifies campaign levels' time limits.

Now
I think it would be great if every time you finish the last mission of the last campaign
the game should produce a mod that modifies all levels' time limits to your time.
So that you could improve your results later.

And you can also post these results on the forum, thus challenging others and making some championship (though the last idea seems uncertain because it would be easy to cheat).
