IRC log bots are not working

Who controls the IRC log bots?
They haven't updated in a heck of a long time!

Google found this one, http://bsd.kwzs.be/~bot/warzone.php?time=0:3600
and, warzone.mortis.eu/%23warzone2100.log.html

They both are dead.
Also warzone.mortis.eu is the one that hosts the videos, so I guess that is why the IRC bot is down as well?
