2c-Stripmine (version 2 released)

Post by Dylan Hsu »

2c-Stripmine2.wz
Asymmetrical yet balanced 1v1 map. 4 base oil, total oil 41.
Top player (slot 1) has a much easier time of defending, but is at a small disadvantage for oil.

Version 2 update:
  • Fixed cliffs
  • Moved some oil closer to south player
  • Randomized some heights (trivial)
Story
Guerillas are assaulting an oilsand stripmine controlled by a faction with access to a local power facility. Take the side of the underdog and aim to seize control of the development center or take the side of the faction and squash the resistance. Either way, securing the resources of the stripmine is of the utmost priority.

Well... Even if Dylan was banned...

Version 2 of the map works correctly and I couldn't find any problems on the cliffs anymore. :)
