You don't list any hardware you have, or what the BSOD says, or give us any information that we can use to help you.
What version of warzone ? What video card? Did you update drivers?
The crystal ball is still broken, so we can't use that.
and it ends here.

Hi
i'm sorry i fagot to list the specs they are:
1gb of ram
an intel celeron processer
a graphics card that does not support open gl
windows vista OS (home edition)
and i upgraded my moniter and it is in 1080p
and a 74 gb hard drive
The BSOD says some weird code but i do not have enough time to read it
and i have the latest version of warzone
all my drivers are updated
and I don't know who made my video card

Re: The blue screen of doom
Celeron is pretty low end. I am guessing a intel integrated chipset as well, since that is what they use on low end machines.Eddie wrote:Hi

If it don't support openGL (highly doubt this) then you can't play the game at all. It would be way too slow.
Usually, the issue is video drivers, check intel's site for newer (of beta) drivers.
That is about all you can do.

Re: The blue screen of doom
By the way, even if his hardware is too low for this game, shouldn't the game detect it and throw a warning, instead of causing an unhandled exception?
On the other hand, the only times I've seen this Blue screen were when my basic hardware was damaged (Motherboard and memory) ...

Re: The blue screen of doom
Try to open up your cpu, take out the graphics card, rub an eraser on the contacts, clean it with dry cloth, and place it on position again. Blue screens are often caused by bad contact...
heheheh, that blue screen... it's teacherous.
xD
That's it! "He fagot" xDEddie wrote: i'm sorry i fagot to list the specs they are:

Re: The blue screen of doom
Blue screens are always a result of bad hardware or bad drivers. Have you experienced any other BSoDs recently? What is the common factor? I suggest trying to swap your video card with another one (a friend's or somesuch) and see if the problem persists, though with your limited knowledge of computers, and what reads to be a pretty sucky system you might be better off just getting a new machine altogether.

I call that the "old-fashioned" solution for all sorts of problems, hard & softRider wrote:though with your limited knowledge of computers, and what reads to be a pretty sucky system you might be better off just getting a new machine altogether.
I'm in need one of those solutions for a long time now, with a 7-year old "fancy typewriter" type PC
Re: The blue screen of doom
yeah i do need a new machine this one is four years old O_ORider wrote:you might be better off just getting a new machine altogether.
and i need a new hard drive
(i mean 74 gb i could fill that up in 4 days)

That should be one hell of a monitor to what it seems to be one piece of.... machine. Sorry, I must agree with Rider, get yourself a better hardware... your life will improve in ways you cannot imagine. ^^
Cheers!

Re: The blue screen of doom
There is your problem. WZ is an OpenGL game.a graphics card that does not support open gl
OpenGL cards are cheap. If this is an onboard chipset, get updated drivers; turn off Aero theme.
