How are the help pages generated? Is the information stored in a database and the pages generated on the fly? or just hand written in the html? If they aren't just static pages, is there any way I could get a copy of the original information?

The description pages, like Introduction are handwritten HTML.
The stats pages, like Weapons, are autogenerated.
