Power to weight ratio etc.

Post by BaBa »

In Warzone 2100, Power to Weight ratio remains constant throughout all the designations of a chassis series.

Therefore, light chassis is no faster than a heavy chassis.
Can we make this true for scavenger bodies? and does this hold true for template only bodies, such as cyborgs. And shouldn't tracks have a better off-road speed than wheels?

I woulnt know of the scavenger statistics, but…I don’t see why they need to worry about weight and power costs. They are generally very cheap and light anyway. Tracks have its max speed capped lower then wheels, and is heavier, but multiplies the vehicles HP more so then its wheel counterpart.
