I don't see and video clips when I get updated mission objectives. I know there should be alot of storyline video too, but I don't see any of that either? What's going on?

It would be nice to know what operating system you were using. And what files you downloaded. And how you installed them.

Seriously, you can't expect a very informative response if all you say is "it's not working". :/
