Problem with Templates

Hello,
I'm now working for more than 3 days to a mod, which I had previously developed for version 1.11. As far as I can convert it already for the current version, only with the templates depends on it, I can not build the huge transporter, JUMP-Cyborgs go only when we "give all" type. What do you observe anything special, to make the templates to really run?

I also wish that the limits be raised for the number of research and the resulting things, because you can add very little new and old would need to override.
