the videos dont play

i downloaded first the videos for the version 2.2.4 and later downloaded the wz2100 2.2.4 i know that the installer show the messages that he can download the high quality videos but i downloaded the low quality because i dont have much time in this month but i follow the instruction where i going to put the archive i putted the videos in sequences and i started to play my saved game but doesnt appear the videos??? i think thats because i started a saved game that nots have the changes of the videos i started a new campaign but the same the videos dont play why???

any help will be great
