Ports 2100 and 9990 Connections Keep timing out.

I have both these ports open from Vista as well does my friend who lives in NY.

He runs an Windows XP and I run a Windows Vista 32 bit.

We both, even connecting to other people games, keep getting "Connection Error."

We even join a game and I see his game in the lobby. but it times out and freezes WZ Sometimes.

Is multiplayer having issues for anyone else or is it just me?

We both have 2.2.3 Versions.

Have you posted debug logs of the issue?
Try again doing what you were doing and add --debug net --debugfile netdebug.txt and then upload that here.
