I have downloaded warzone2100 v2.2.3, but halfway through the install on windows, whilst the videos are downloaded "time out" error is given. Is there a problem with the installer or am I doing something wrong? Please assist!

I suggest your firewall blocking the setup. Skip the videos during installation and download them directly to the game folder from the dowloadspage.

If the video download fails, the rest of the installation will proceed normally, and you can still play Warzone (just with no videos). If you still need videos, you can then download them from the download page, and follow the instructions there.
Download failures are not Warzone bugs, but rather symptomatic of a bad internet connection. We can't do anything to fix them, so this is not a bug.
