quotes in quotes

Post by Guest »

:mad:It is highly annoying that you can not have a quote within a quote and you must edit the message.
Why is this enabled on this forum? All the other forums I am on do not have this.
It must be a setting someplace so please turn it off!

I agree. If quotes aren't allowed in quotes, the inner quotes should at least be removed automatically.

I also agree.
Adjust it in the acp (Max nested quotes per post) back to the default of 3. 1 is too low.
This is a waste of space. Something important should be here.

1.
2.
3.Ahh... Not working.
You may embed only 2 quotes within each other.
This is great.
It would be better if you could put 3 quotes...
But 2 is better than 1...
Let me practice.
... no don't or else the power that be will get annoyed. --edit by Buginator

because it keeps everyone and their grandmother from multi quoting and having ONE post.. with ONE line of new content take up half a page.

it helps keep harassment and flaming in check as well as keeping things looking nice.

simply put.. there is NO need what so ever to have in your NEW post.. an exact copy of the past 8 posts before you
