I am a super noob and am just started this game. I also think it is important to say i have no programing experience. That being said I have a couple problems with the game I started on the last version and was impressed; however, when I started this version I have begun to notice reucuring problems.
1. My howitzer emplacements don't work I build a sensor tower and they refuse to work. The mortar pits work fine as well as all the other emplacements and hardpoints that i have used ( I am only on champain 2)
2. Units don't continue to where I assign them if blocked for more than a couple of seconds (same for all units tanks, cyborgs, etc.). Also it kind of seems like the units have a harder time moving around objects (buildings, other units, base structures , mountians, etc.)
I do use cheat codes mostly whale fin and get off my land( very sparingly ).
I am on a system with Vista home basic; intel celeron ; mobile intel(R) 4 series Express chipset family (display driver)
Other than these things I find that this version is alot better than the last. Graphics are a great, and I am now able to see the video's which make the game much better. I apologize if this is in the wrong place or if i didn't post it right. I hope i have helped

Re: Howitzer emplacement stop working, ...
for point 1 there are 3 things to check
1) line of sight is not shared, in order to relay fire orders, the sensor must be able to see the target.
hit shift + f12 inigame to check
2) sensor tanks dont relar orders for fixed emplacements.
3) the howie's dont have too much range on them, so the targets you want them to hit may be out of range
for point 2
path-finding is a known issue, but a bitch to fix effectively.
and the units giving up/forgetting orders is a bug.
might be fixed is 2.2.3, not sure.
