aivolution MP async gliches

I played with my friend vs 2 bots(aivolution)(I was a host). We both turn on mods so we run wz right. But my friend didn't see most enemy units, AI builds lots of mini-rocjets pods units that didn't uppers in my friend's game, btw I saw those units, and its all was like old async glich with random units blowUp.

Game didnt crash, so this is no minidump. Only stderr.txt & out

Yes, this is known.

The big reason is because of turnOffMultiMsg(), and how it works, but we need to rewrite lots of stuff to fix this.
