Maybe under Off-Topic category could be made forum for other languages.
But that it isn't connected with translating,
just for ones that don't know english good.

We had this discussion some years ago and decided against non-english forums on wz2100.net. The reasons are:
* There are/where already "locale" communitys about Warzone 2100.
* We wanted the discussions on wz2100.net to be uniform and readable for everyone.
As such, english was the lowest common denominator. There are only very few languages which could be tracked by the team members and this would imply that we also need to localize - at least - some parts of the website.
