But the app has been removed.
I have it on my computer.
I would attach it,but;
And you are talking about .wzw,but converter converts .wdg?!

I am going to respect it and i won't attach it.Buginator-Maker of map converter wrote:And just so everyone is clear, this was meant as a alpha test, just to see if people had any issues or not. I was hoping for at least some feedback about the conversion process itself, and what, if any, map .wdgs it failed on.
The .exe will expire on April 1st, since I don't really want old versions of ALPHA builds floating around.

Re: Previous 2100 Maps
Not a prob. .wzw is still just a .wdg. Just change back the file designate from .wzw to .wdg and run the conversion script tool.13KukYNexus666 wrote:

The .wzw file designate was simply used by the v.1.10 - v.1.12 compatible "WZ Starter" as a common amalgam to manage maps, mods and A.I. personalities.
Where issues will arise are with old maps that use custom tertile sets like HB's "Ariza" because the way tertiles are currently rendered requires that you make .png Mip-Map sets of the original single page .pcx tertiles. This is one thing I had to do with "Grim's Mod" to make it compatible with the current binary / data set so that thread and the tandem before-after files are effective tuts to achieve those ends with other custom tertiles and associated maps.

Buginator's comment:
It is removed for a reason... I don't know how much more clearer I can make it

Maybe Buginator is considering re-releasing the converter but he may have essential changes to it in mind that he has not yet had time to implement. But I'm just guessing there.

Re: Previous 2100 Maps
Just to make myself crystal clear, I don't want that application, or links to the application floating around. I removed it for a reason.
Let me just say, I don't mind if someone (who knows what they are doing) will use the application to convert maps for people, but I don't want a broken version floating around. Yes, it worked most of the time, but it did have some issues.
When will another beta version come up? Dunno, and quite frankly, I am not sure I wish to continue posting alpha/beta versions of programs when people don't respect the wishes of the author.
13KukYNexus666, you should have gone with your gut. I am not mad at you, just annoyed.

Well, that was the plan, but real life got in the way, and I haven't been able to get back to it. In fact, I don't even have the source handy, since stiv wanted to convert it to python...whippersnapper wrote:.
