Skirmish NON online?

How do I play a skirmish game against the computer without other players? I cant find he button "add enemy" or even "add player" to the match?

Start the game, click the "single player" option on the main menu, then click "start skirmish game" pick a map, then click "Host Game" computer players should appear on the right hand side.
