Error with Pie Slicer 3d View

Hello, Whenever I use PieSilcerDX on my computer, it runs fine, but when I try to use to 3d textured view I get this error - Run time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object

I would like to know why this is happening, as I can't texture models very well without using the 3d texture view.
