A request

Post by NEXUS »

Hello, can some one please direct me to the version of EditWorld that outputs to .wz? As I would like to make some maps for the new release (2.2.1)

And also how do I make mods for 2.2.1? I am assuming that WZCK no longer applys for the .wz format. Thanks in advance! :D

You edit mods manually. See the Development tab:

developer.wz2100.net

It really has most of the information you're looking for.

I think I have gotten the hang of editng the new format, using 7-zip, what compression level do I use? just store?

And an off-topic question - Was the original music released under GPL also along with the videos?

You can use any compression level you want.

As long as it is zip compression, and not 7z, since we don't support that I don't think. (The physfs that we use isn't compiled to use it)
and it ends here.
