Game crash in intelligence display

sometimes when im in the intelligence display looking at my recently researched tech the game crashes and the infamous send error report pops up. it isnt really a problem i just save before looking at it but if there is a way to fix it it would be much appreciated

Crashes like this have been due to the length of translated strings. That was fixed in recent versions.

This sounds like the intGetStats crash, which is fixed for 2.2.2, iirc.

I have also seen this with video driver crashes...
