Where can I get a copy of Edit World?

Sorry about seemingly being a nub, but I've searched this forums over, and all I can find is an update to Editworld which requires the original to be installed first and source code which I have nfi how to build. Help would be appreciated .

Ok point, for the record though where can i get the 32 bit map editor doesnt flag up when you search for edit world or editworld using forum search. Thanks anyway.
