Hey, im playing in warzone 2100 for 5 years, and i've completed the campaign 100-150 times. It is so boring. I have some great ideas, but i dont know how to make a new, simple campaign. Can u give me some advices how to? Or is there a campaign editor or something?

Have you tried Black Projects "Hardcore Campaign Mod" ? Here: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2777
I guarantee you no matter how many times you have played the original this is a fresh experience and the game play to
win is radically different than the original.
The references Raem_Lylar gave will answer many of your questions but one it will not - just how hard it is to make a
new Campaign from scratch. I'm talking man-power & time even if you have the necessary skills and multi-disciplinary
artistic talent. Top of the list is mastering Campaign scripting.
Ideally you'd want a team of 3-4 who cover the range of skills involved and can work like Alaska Ididaron race dogs for 6 -12 months
to make it a reality. And this I don't see happening anytime soon.

I assumed he was speaking in terms of the scope of the original campaign @ 32 Missions.
But even at 4-5 Missions, none have been released in 10 years. And it could have been done
prior to the source liberation.
I do not believe in sugar-coating.these realities and wasting people's time with false hopes.
Unlike most I have worked on New WZ Campaign missions,, all the way through to an
in-game, playable state, so I have a pretty good idea what's involved.

A man with knowledge, skills, determination and gumption - a winning combination of traits, no doubt, IMHO.
2 of the biggest challenges in doing this are "bounding" a single map for gradual unfolding in the course of linear
missions.... and Transport Away missions..
There are 2 WZ A.I. Editors that could be helpful to you. One is for creating Skirmish Scripts and the other is for Cam Mission
scripting. There is also an A.I. Debugging Tool as well called "VSC" that is very helpful..

Also - I have new WZ Cam Missions I created and never released (they play beautifully, IMO) because I've rolled
the scenarios and structures into another Strat Game and even though they are my work it would be unethical
and probably illegal to publish them as original WZ efforts now...
However.... I can give you the source to one of my new missions just to study the file structure and scripting (a bit more advanced than anything
in the original campaign) and you can also run-play it in Skirmish by assigning yourself as Player "0".... 'Course I would be requiring you to
not make it public for the reasons stated above. You 'd also have to compile your own .wz file for the load as a mod.
