As the subject says your subversion server is out of whack and it is throwing this error:

svn: Can't find a temporary directory: Internal error

This is usually caused by lack of disk space on the server.

In general, Gna! (our current svn server) is rather questionable. Buginator complains about it daily. It often depends on luck - I've had much fewer problems with it than Buginator has, for instance.
