black screen after the loading screen

hi i use Ubuntu and have been playing warzone with np but when i tryed to play warzone today it load ok then i got a black screen can't click on any thing and had to use alt F4 to close it any idea on how to fix that or find out what went wrong

Something on your system changed. Knowing what that was is a big clue. Any recent updates?

The usual fix for black screen on ubuntu is to turn off compiz.

how do i turn off compiz i'm new to ubuntu **edit nevermind i found out how to turn off compiz and it fix i can now play warzone again thats for the reply edit**
