What series got better skirmish balancing: 2.0.x or 2.1.x ?

What series got better skirmish balancing: 2.0.x or 2.1.x ?

Tell what you think of the balancing of these two series and who got the better balancing: 2.0.x or 2.1.x in skirmish-mode, not campaign?

Due to what has happened to AA in 2.1.X, I cannot with good conscience vote is as best balanced, no matter what any other factors are.

Fair enough.

I went to http://developer.wz2100.net/wiki/BugReporting though, and the link it provides me takes me to the GNA bug tracker...

I remember reading in another thread that you are phasing that one out.

Do you have a link to the new bug reporting area? Or can update the TRAC page link?

@BlackProject: i assumed you mean the skirmish mode, because campaign stats aren't changed at all. i assume they changed indirectly by doing changes to the projectiles/hit-system code.

Nope, the AA problem is in multiplayer, too. Aren't there already like six bug tickets about it? I've suggested a temporary fix of making AA guns homing, but we never implemented that.

Well, the campaign stats weren't intended to be changed. They were changed, though. Campaign uses multiplayer balancing (Don't believe me? Try out flamer cyborgs in the campaign. Their reload times are obviously 2.1 reload times.)

If the campaign is using multiplayer balancing speak to Giel about it. He has been working on the stats code recently.

As I said before; some of the changes to campaign I actually like (not having my high-tenured Tiger track tanks die to 2 scourge shots is nice :P ), it's just the AA that is a problem.

And I've submitted a ticket.
