Bunkers vs. hardpoints in armor research
So, we usually have two versions of the same weapon in defense: a hardpoint/tower version and a bunker version. My question is: what tech improves which, if talking about armor? Does Base structure materials increase both bunker and hardpoint armor, neither, or just the other one? And does Improved hardcrete (and all hardcrete research derived from that) improve hardpoint armor, as hardpoints are visibly constructed from hardcrete?

well, logic would agree with most of the things you've mentioned, so investing in those particular upgrades would be wise nonetheless.

Improving Hardcrete technology makes all hardcrete stuff(walls, hardpoints) tougher, and makes all bunkers and fortresses tougher.
Improving Base Structure Materials technology makes base structures like factories and research labs tougher.
