Tank killer dont want to fire.

Hello, i found a bug with Tank Killer weapon. It don't want to fire unless enemy will be place at specific place (one and half square, i believe). It really sucks, especially in campaign.

This happens because the "minElevation" of it is 0, not 60 that i've finded in mutiplayer mode.

But it doesn't happens in Multiplayer mode.
