Anything needed to host online

I was just wondering, do i need to set up anything on my computer before i can host a multi player game? :-S

Not really, just open up ports 9997-9999 (in router and or firewall) and you should be OK.
Then when you hit the host button, just wait (&wait... & wait...) and maybe someone will join you.
