Hello - sorry im an umbuntu 8.10 newbie playing against the computer and in the western zone adjunct i cannot find the synaptic tech that's been dismantled. There appears to be a large hill that i cannot get to and all crevices seem have been searched. Can someone tell me where where it is and what i might need to find it
Its a good game but i cannot spot it sorry ! and it is rather annoying now - I have looked in the guides but find no help there.

Ubuntu? What version of warzone are you playing? If you followed the walkthrough (it WAS a commercial game, so it has walkthroughs available--use google) and it still don't work, then it could be a bug in that version of the game.

We do not recommend to use the WZ versions that are in the Ubuntu repositories as they are outdated.

Buginator and Kreuvf thanks yes i have seen that walkthrough in some form but no joy. So I will go compile and make wz2100 from the source.
