Updating the program

Hello, I wish to update my Warzone 2100 program 2.1 beta 1 to 2.1 beta 4, but I am in the middle of a campaign and I want to continue it in the new version. Is there a way to do that, or do I have to replace everything and start all over again for the campaign?

What do you mean by that? Last time I changed my old version to 2.1 beta 1, I had to start over again. And I am close to finishing it (I am in the Gamma 6 mission) :-S

That means that it *should* work...
If it does not, reinstall beta2 and continue. Or finish it off with your current version if you want to be on the safe side.
But really, 2.0->2.1 has incompatibilities in the savegame format, but as far as I can remember we tried to avoid that between the 2.1 betas.

I think you should start over with 2.1 beta 4, since we need testers to test *everything* about campaign mode!
