Unable to Finish Gamma 8

I made it through Gamma 8 successfully researching the resistance circuit and all three missile codes with about 5 minutes remaining. The laser blasts stop but the mission does not end and attacks by Nexus continue. What am I missing?

Check the map for stray units as win conditions on home base maps are satisfied by destroying all enemy units and structures. Probably a sensor unit close by lurking in the shadows.
