Keyboard shortcut command to select only the healthy units

CTRL+A selects all combat units (tanks and cyborgs for example).
Do you guys know if there is a keyboard shortcut command to select only the healthy units and NOT those that are retreating for repairs???
Or how to make such a command???
What do I think about Window$ ??? Just see my AVATAR...
