New JS API doc

The main reason why few AIs were made, is because the JS API documentation is too unreasonable. Most people couldn't get any idea of how the API works and will quit trying to make an AI.

Below are what i think a good API documentation should look like. It's still beta, and need a lot of improvements before it can replace the original documentation, but anyway it's an improvement.

Here's what you can do: either post opinions about this improvement, or post your own remake.
(Actually remaking the documentation doesn't take much time because the API itself isn't changed.)
