[3.3.0 beta 1] Alpha campaign CAM_1C not finishing

I'm having trouble completing the CAM_1C mission in the alpha campaign - I'm pretty sure I've gotten all enemy units and buildings but it's not finishing. This is 3.3.0 beta 1 on Linux. Any ideas? I've attached a tarball of my savegame.

Check around the NE section of the map. A few enemy trucks and an oil derrick still remain on top of a small hill.
