How to disable randomize colors

how do I disable randomize player colors???
In 3.1.3

That version back then had randomize player colors disabled

There is an option to pick a colour you prefer in options.
you cant disable random player colours in multi player games and who would want too if some one already has your colour you prefer what else is there but random.
I think this is not a real topic I think you William post random topics I wish I could disable that.
Please not 3.1.3 is not the latest stable.
