I started playing this game about 5 years ago, and in the past 2 years or so have stopped; I've since bought a new PC. I installed WZ, and tried hosting a game for me and my friends to play, but I get the error message:
"Could not open require port (2100) on (127.0.0.1)
You must manually configure your router & firewall to
open port 2100 before you can host a game."
I have never had this issue before, I've spent the past several days doing everything I've read from dozens of posts from here on this forum, but I can't see why I'm not able to host a game. I have Norton Security Suite installed for my firewall, and I've opened up the correct ports. It can't be my router, as I can still host games from other computers on the same network. Does anyone have any clue what I'm doing wrong?

What router is this?
Since UPnP is either not enabled on the router, or not working, all that needs to be done is open TCP port 2100 on the router, and the firewall.
It really isn't difficult.
Once that is done, and you hit the 'start hosting' button, your game should be seen in the lobby.
