activating cheats
Hello everyone. I am new to this game, having recently downloaded it and played a few skirmishes. When starting a new strategy game like this, I like to try out all the techologies, just to see their abilities and weaknesses. I've read through the readme included with the game, and it states to put --cheat at the end of the desktop shortcut (I put a space btwn the quote and --cheat). I've included a picture to show you the command line. However, when I open the shortcut, it doesn't open the game. The shortcut works just fine w/o the --cheat command, but when adding the cheat command, it won't open the game. Not sure what's wrong here and I'm reaching out for help. Thanks!

Re: activating cheats
Try putting the --cheats inside the quotes.

Re: activating cheats
Shift+Backspace or "cheat on" in-game.

Re: activating cheats
For the record, if you would have look in the game's logs, it would have told you "--cheats" is an unknown option, that is why that didn't work.
The readme is really outdated, and says it is.
