Game Will not launch

I recently installed the game with no issues, but when the installation is finished i double click on the desktop icon and nothing happens no matter how long i wait it never launches, i have tried running as the admin but it still wont launch so now i am at a loss i am running on windows vista

I think that it might be a faulty shortcut, try to run the game from its folder and see if that works. If not, try checking the system requirements. Otherwise it might be a compatibility problem. Not an expert at these though...

See if you have a relevant log or a crash dump in my documents (FileLocations) and attach it here if any.

I uninstalled the game and made sure to delete everything and reinstalled and it works fine now, i dont know what the problem was. After i reinstalled i had to run as admin to get it to run but after i changed the resolution in the game to match my monitor and made it fullscreen it comes right up every time with no issues, thanks for the feedback though

I had a similar issue some days ago on the Mac. I was able to find the solution for this problem: I switched to 1920 x 1080 mode on my Retina MacBook Pro. Dependend on which screen mode I use for the desktop, this mode may or may not be available. If not, Warzone won´t start. I switched to full HD mode with the QuickRes tool. Now Warzone started up and I was able to change the screen mode to something more useful.

A lot of the time, this can be caused by an issue with the screen resolution in the game settings being unsupported by the viewing hardware or monitor being used. To fix this, find the config file for the game settings and manually type in a screen resolution that is supported by the hardware being used. If you are using windows, this file will be located in warzone's folder in the "my documents" folder, not the appdata folder. Open the file with notepad and change the value for height and width, resave without changing the extension, and try to launch again. If that doesn't help and no error message appears, then I'm not sure. Hopefully, we can soon have the game start detecting the system resolution before launching and be able to change it in game like most games.
