Locked out of account

So it seems I've been away from WZ these past few months and tried logging just now and because of the forum breach of yesteryear I changed my password to (apparently) something I don't remember.

I've consequently locked my account and because access to that email account (if it's the gmail one) is currently restricted, I can't undo the damage I caused

I believe the email account was the r********. I wish it to change to the yahoo one.
