Grey color and Crashing/Freezing

Hello, My name is Errorcodebin, and my friend and me (Hagrit) really love playing together, however, somehow his warzone keeps crashing, or freezing. the last one's do not give a log.

We also got a problem, that when we are playing, every player on his screen everyone shows up as the grey player (Units and buildings. Minimap is fine).
We can't update video drivers since his video card is from the 'computer manufacturers' or something equal to that, so intel keeps telling us they can't help.

As soon as we got any log we will provide that too, and if anyone has a solution, please help, its annoying ;~;

We already fixed this ourselves.

The problem was that his laptop somehow didn't support the shaders.
Turning it off fixed both things.
