Version v1.10 support
What was the last Version of Warzone that support v1.10 balanze? And is it possible to make a V1.10 mod to v3.1?

Only 1.10 supports 1.10.
The mod just used the stats from 1.10, which is easy enough to do, however, it was never balanced for any version of Warzone besides 1.10.
What I mean by that is, just because you can use the same stats, that don't mean you will have the same balance. Many things were changed.
