Hiding In A Building
Scavenger humans and cyborgs should have the ability to hide within a bunker or home for defense. In addition, these units must be able to hit their target(s) while being protected by the building.

Not sure about hiding inside buildings/bunkers - that's prolly getting a bit too far from the usual WZ gameplay style. But I've often mused that they should run for cover *behind* (not in) trees, skyscrapers or any other thing they can hide behind if they come under fire.
