Port fowarding problem

Well I have set my router configuration just by your FAQ

and then when i tried to save settings i got this message

Now what did I do wrong? What IP adress i should use?

What router do you have ?
You did open the ports correctly...
Oh, it wants the IP address of the computer you want to open the ports on.

For IP address (under the Name box), enter the IP of the computer you want the ports opened on.
