It is a bit of a laborious job to set factory deploy points, especially when you want to do it fast. You have to open the factory, click a tiny (I mean REALLy tiny) icon to set the point. I have found the factory cycle can alleviate this, but one thing that really sux with cycling thru the factory is that it centers the screen on the factory - I find this a real issue when you are deploying some distance from your base because it takes away your focus... (or in some cases gives you some peace and calm in the eye of the storm lol)!
Soooo my wishes are this:
Factory cycling does not center on the factory (as it does now) so that it can be used to quickly to set factory orders/deploy even if you are in the middle of a battle far from base.
Some other way to activate the deploy point than having to click on a tiny tiny icon that you almost need a magnifying class to see... maybe a shortcut to activate this with the currently selected factory - with fixes to factory cycling this would be great.
Also why are some keyboard shortcuts hard coded to F keys? You can't change them when setting up keybindings.. this really sux with MAC cause the F keys are duel purpose and you have to disable default functionality so that they work, which I won't do as it is things like the volume up/down = open spaces etc.
Thanks!

Re: Factory deploy points / factory cycle
You can also click on the deploy point itself and then move it to new location.

I realize this, but it is not very useful to do if you are deploying far from base (or at least not in the same screen viewaubergine wrote:You can also click on the deploy point itself and then move it to new location.

Isn't double clicking on the factory icon return you to your current position ?
