wdg-explorer doesn't work - how to install maps?

Hi folks,
I'm trying to convert some .wdg into .wz, but the converter is unavailable and the link for wdg-explorer is down: http://developer.wz2100.net/wiki/ConvertingOldMaps
So I downloaded wdg-explorer at warzone2100.de: http://board.warzone2100.de/index.php?topic=1867.0
Unfortunately, the program won't load on Win7 or Win2000: Could not open Files.txt
Google's dead. I don't even find any .wz maps to download, they're all .wdg!
How do I get new maps installed in current version 3.1.0?
