Building Limits

I realize this has probably been asked a million times. Does anyone know of a mod that works with the newest version that increases building limits of research labs etc. Or does anyone want to spare the time to help me do it myself? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only mod that I know of that allows players to build more than 5 research labs, factories, etc is Contingency, though building more than 5 factories is tricky business (see ticket #3775 for more information). While I did recently try to create a simple mod that increased number of research labs to 10, for some reason, it wasn't working at all.
